They fight like cats and dogs during the day...

And yet, quite often, this is how they choose to fall asleep at night, cuddled up next to each other in a twin bed, sharing the same pillow.

And it's amusing, because we worked so hard to make sure each son had his own room, his own special space, nicely decorated with coordinating bedding and matching paint. I bought and put together two IKEA beds and two dressers and the coordinating nightstands and each child got to pick out his own lamp so each room would be cozy and fun and unique.

And yet, they prefer to share a room.

Not that I mind.

I mean, they DO look cute. And it's great that they love each other so much and want to hang out together, right?

Plus, if this keeps up, I can move the two in together permanently and make the other room into an awesome workout room, don'tcha think?

Precious! That's about how close they slept in the full bed in California too. They are cuties!

I love the first picture! So adorable. Hannah tries to climb in bed with Angela all the time, but Angela does not appreciate it (Hannah crawls on top of her). They share a room, so we have to make sure Hannah is asleep before putting Angela to bed to avoid the 'night fight'.

They are so cute! Do they always end up in the same bedroom every night or do they switch back and forth?

Well, Noah actually seems to prefer sleeping by himself. It's Zachary that crawls in bed next to him because he hates sleeping alone. And, unfortunately, they both seem to wind up in our bed at some point during the night. Nate usually gets up and lets them in, but he's so out of it at the time, he doesn't even realize he's doing it. All I know is, I wake up most mornings with Zachary's bony little knees pressed into my back!

I like the idea of giving the boys a dorm room and having your own space for crafts and workout!

They are super cute
