Nate was offered some free tickets to last night's Diamondbacks game against the Brewers. We go to these pretty often because we know it's something fun we can do that the kids will remember for a long time.
Noah had a hard time staying in his seat. Luckily, the row we were sitting on was pretty much empty.
Zachary eating his cotton candy, because there's ALWAYS cotton candy. We eat a lot of cotton candy, don't we? I think it's because I always wanted it when I was little, and now that I'm an adult, I can buy the stuff whenever I want!
Noah and I enjoying the game. I really need to get a Diamondbacks shirt of my own, don't I? Sadly, my knowledge of baseball (and really all sports) is so limited, I'd feel kind of like a poser. Nate even dragged me to a couple of World Series games back in 2001. (Can you believe I used the word DRAGGED? Some people would have KILLED for my tickets!) I was probably the only person there who had next to no idea what was going on.
After a couple of hours of all the noise and excitement, (and after the cotton candy was gone), Noah was ready to go home.
And the Diamondbacks lost, 8 to 6. Better luck next time, guys!
